the staff was helpful. they warmly greeted us upon arrival with a refreshing drink. the rooms were well decorated and offered a superb lake view (i appreciated this small detail).

the hotel is located on the lake shore and provides boat trips, which allow a view of the water birds. the sunsets can be enjoyed from the canals, a very calming scene and a perfect end to the day.

the hotel restaurant offers a varied and extensive buffet with freshly made naan. predominantly indian cuisine is served. the food was of excellent quality and i was eager to taste more the next day.

the room was well maintained with all the essential things i needed.
i was expecting a seamless experience, but the staff seemed undertrained which caused several inconveniences. simple requests took longer than expected and communication wasnt clear. also, the boat ride i had broke down and they tried to reschedule it at the same time as a wedding party. this felt disorganized and i ended up missing the ride.

there wasn't a bar at the location. i felt the staff could be better trained. it would improve this resort. also, the response to questions before the stay was poor.

The room included air conditioning and a fan. Breakfast had both European and Indian options. Fresh eggs were cooked to order. The setting was beautiful and the pool was well kept.
